Outsourcing Your Payroll

How does it work?

We introduce you to our payroll manager who will be your point of contact

We set you up on the payroll system where you will have your own login and be able to view all employee details

​

We prepare the payroll as often as you need (weekly, monthly, annually)

​

Your staff have online access to their payslips and P60s

​

We tell you what to pay to your employees

​

We tell you what to pay to HMRC and by when

​

We file the RTI submissions to HMRC on your behalf

What about pension and auto-enrolment?

Offering pension to your employees is mandatory in the UK. This is called 'auto-enrolment'. Employees may choose to 'opt out' of auto-enrolment.

To support auto-enrolment, Nest was created by the Government as an easy way for small businesses to set up their company pension scheme. We find many small business use Nest as their preferred option because it is rather well-known and widely-used.

However, there are other options in the market for pensions, and what you choose will really depend on your own circumstances. For example, Nest is a good standard option, however it doesn't have a digital app like some other providers do. We are always looking for the best options for our clients and can set up a company pension that suits your needs.
